Cheval Blanc Housekeeping Coordinator

- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to uphold brand standards.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Advanced Level Education or High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, OPERA PMS, and Materials Control.
- Excellent organizational skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of hotel and housekeeping operations.
- Ability to work long hours under pressure with minimal supervision.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity within the luxury hospitality segment is required.
Advanced Level Education or High School Diploma.
