- Perform daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and common areas, including corridors and offices.
- Replenish rooms with clean linens and toiletries.
- Ensure all room functionalities are checked according to hotel procedures.
- Report any defects or damages to the Floor Supervisor.
- Prepare rooms for the night according to hotel standards.
- Maintain optimal stock levels on cleaning trolleys with necessary amenities and cleaning products.
- Respond to guest requests and communicate needs to the Butler and Housekeeping teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to the management.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry is required.
