1. Perform daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and common areas, including corridors and offices.
2. Replenish rooms with clean linens and toiletries.
3. Ensure all room functionalities are checked according to hotel procedures.
4. Report any defects or damages to the Floor Supervisor.
5. Prepare rooms for the night according to hotel standards.
6. Maintain optimal stock levels on cleaning trolleys with necessary amenities and cleaning products.
7. Respond to guest requests and communicate needs to the Butler and Housekeeping teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
8. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to the management.
