1. Welcome clients both on the phone and in person according to hotel procedures.
2. Ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout the service.
3. Promote the hotel's dining venues and events.
4. Manage reservations via phone, email, internet, and in person.
5. Provide quality service to each client and foster client loyalty.
6. Recognize regular clients.
7. Manage the restaurant and bar cloakrooms.
8. Handle administrative follow-up of reservations via email.
9. Coordinate group meal arrangements with kitchen teams.
10. Optimize restaurant occupancy based on periods and capacities.
11. Communicate effectively with team members and coordinate client requests with other services.
12. Participate in the management of restaurant menus.
13. Report any unusual situations regarding client or colleague safety.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Restaurant Management
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants

1. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
2. Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in reception or dining service is required.
