- Welcome guests both in person and over the phone, ensuring adherence to hotel procedures.
- Ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout the service.
- Promote the hotel's dining venues and events.
- Master the details of the designated restaurant and other dining services within the establishment.
- Manage reservations via phone, email, internet, and in-person, providing tailored responses to client needs.
- Simultaneously manage physical and telephone reception, and client placement.
- Guarantee high-quality service to each client and foster customer loyalty.
- Recognize regular clientele.
- Manage the coat check for the restaurant and bar.
- Oversee the administrative follow-up of reservations via email.
- Coordinate with kitchen teams for group meal arrangements.
- Maintain daily oversight of all reservations for the venue.
- Optimize restaurant occupancy based on timing and capacity.
- Ensure effective communication of information across teams and coordinate client requests with other services within Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Participate in the management of restaurant menus, including creation, modification, and printing.
- Report any unusual situations regarding client or colleague safety to management.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and representational ability
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills
- Availability, flexibility, and responsiveness
- Ability to anticipate needs, propose solutions, and take initiative

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
