- Welcome, orient, and seat guests at the venue.
- Present the menu and beverages in the absence of the Maître d'Hôtel.
- Assist the venue staff before, during, and after service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Promote services and products available at the venue and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Respond to customer and support service inquiries via email or phone.
- Communicate information effectively to the Café Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton team and coordinate guest requests with reception services.
- Participate in creating and distributing venue documents (menu, flyers, etc.).
- Inform management of any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and representational potential
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in a third language appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese)
First experience in reception or table service required.
