- Welcome, orient, and seat guests at the point of sale.
- Present the menu and beverages in the absence of the Maître d'Hôtel.
- Assist the sales staff before, during, and after service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Promote various services and products available within the point of sale and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Respond to customer and support service inquiries via email or phone.
- Communicate effectively with all teams at Café Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton and coordinate guest requests with reception services.
- Participate in the creation and distribution of point of sale documents (menu, flyers, etc.).
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding customer or colleague safety or accident risks to the hierarchy.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurant environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and representational potential.
- Customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Availability, flexibility, and responsiveness.
- Ability to anticipate, propose solutions, and take initiative.
- Team spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).
Previous experience in reception or table service is required.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
