- Assist the Head of Reception in organizing the pre-opening phase, drafting procedures, and executing tasks related to setup.
- Manage client reservations via phone, internet, and on-site.
- Welcome, guide, and seat clients at various points of sale.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the service.
- Support department heads in tracking the completion of assigned tasks.
