1. Assist the Head of Reception in organizing the opening and drafting procedures.
2. Handle client reservations via phone, internet, and on-site.
3. Welcome, orient, and seat clients at various service points.
4. Ensure client satisfaction throughout their service experience.
5. Support service department heads in tracking the completion of assigned tasks.
