- Assist the Head of Reception in organizing the opening and drafting procedures.
- Handle client reservations via phone, internet, and on-site.
- Welcome, orient, and seat clients at various service points.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout their service experience.
- Support service department heads in tracking the completion of assigned tasks.
