- Assist the venue manager with daily operations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the intern's project objectives, such as reports or dissertations.
- Support venue operations to gain comprehensive operational experience.
- Clean and set up the venue according to hotel procedures.
- Participate in the service of food and beverages.
- Clear and clean during service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
- Ensure optimal supply conditions for the venue.
- Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
- Promote hotel services and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- Create internal reporting documents.
- Education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Strong gastronomic culture
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability

No prior experience required.
Hospitality/Restaurant Management education required.
