- Welcome guests in the dining area according to hotel procedures.
- Promote dining venues and events organized at the hotel and other White 1921 locations.
- Handle billing and payment processes with supervisor approval.
- Participate in or manage order taking, transmission, and service of food and beverages according to hotel procedures.
- Ensure optimal stocking of minibars according to hotel procedures.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service.
