- Welcome guests in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Promote hotel dining venues and events.
- Handle billing and payment processing with managerial approval.
- Participate in order taking and ensure accurate service of food and beverages.
- Ensure optimal minibar stocking as per hotel standards.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar hospitality role is required.
