Cheval Blanc Guest Relations Officer

- Ensure all guests receive warm, friendly, and personalized service.
- Maintain Cheval Blanc standards to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
- Provide informative and efficient service to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Hotel school graduate or similar qualification from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, and Opera (PMS).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or resort as a Guest Service Agent.
Hotel school graduate or similar qualification.
