- Provide warm, friendly, courteous, informative, efficient, and personalized service to guests.
- Ensure Cheval Blanc standards are maintained.
- Achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
- Hotel school graduate or similar qualification from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as a Guest Service Agent in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Opera (PMS).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to respond to different situations with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work alone and in a team.
- Proactive, reliable, and flexible.
- Friendly, polite, and open-minded.
- Keen eye for detail and highly service-oriented.
