Cheval Blanc Front Office Manager

- Provide exceptional guest reception and information on hotel services.
- Support department heads in executing and monitoring assigned tasks.
- Participate in team supervision and training.
- Promote hotel services such as restaurants, spa, beach, and experiences.
- Communicate leisure activity information to guests.
- Continuously seek guest feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Update guest preferences in Cardex for personalized service.
- Address guest complaints and ensure corrective actions are implemented via Knowcross.
- Develop and support the reception team, ensuring adherence to Maison and LQA standards.
- Oversee daily reception team organization.
- Propose new processes and services to improve service quality.
- Manage administrative tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and platforms.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Housing allowance of €450 gross, potential for bicycle or scooter loan, meals provided during work hours, referral bonus of €400 gross (conditions apply), transportation costs covered (conditions apply), uniform designed by Vanessa Brizon and laundered by the hotel, advantageous health insurance, passionate teams, and emphasis on internal mobility.
