1. Welcome and manage guest inquiries and service requests to ensure optimal satisfaction.
2. Establish and validate daily financial closures and reports for all sales points.
3. Ensure exceptional guest reception and provide information on the hotel's services.
4. Adhere to and apply Cheval Blanc's etiquette in guest interactions.
5. Learn and implement the quality standards set by Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez.
6. Present and sell various services offered by the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, spa, and experiences.
7. Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and reliably.
8. Prepare arrivals and verify billing for departures.
9. Anticipate guest needs and provide sincere, targeted assistance and advice.
10. Support accommodation department heads in executing and following up on assigned tasks.
11. Oversee the operational and administrative organization of reception services and supervise the work of Client Relations Ambassadors.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
