- Provide exceptional guest reception and service, ensuring optimal satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Establish and validate daily financial closures and reports for all sales points.
- Ensure adherence to Cheval Blanc's etiquette in guest and ambassador interactions.
- Learn and apply the quality standards set by Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez.
- Promote and sell the various services offered within the property, including dining, spa, and experiences.
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information collected.
- Prepare arrivals and verify billing for departures.
- Anticipate guest needs, offering sincere and targeted assistance and advice in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Support accommodation service managers in executing and monitoring assigned tasks.
- Oversee the operational and administrative organization of reception services, optimizing ambassador performance and time.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software.
- Ability to anticipate and address guest needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
