- Welcome and orient guests at various points of sale, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage reservation requests across all points of sale with reliability and precision.
- Assist the point of sale staff before, during, and after service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the service and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate billing procedures are followed according to hotel standards.
- Maintain and support F&B software and tools, ensuring their optimal use.
- Coordinate guest requests with the hotel and promote the hotel's services and products.
- Participate in daily briefings and ensure effective communication of guest information to all relevant teams.
- Create and distribute point of sale documents such as menus and flyers.
- Prepare and draft internal correspondence in both French and English.
- Support the food and beverage management team on various projects.
- Maintain a schedule of documents for distribution, including statistics.
- Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hotel or fine dining environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and organizational prowess.
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years of significant service experience in a similar high-end establishment is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field.
