- Supervise the revenue and cost controllers, providing daily support in task allocation.
- Define key control orientations and indicators.
- Monitor key performance indicators.
- Design activity dashboards on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Identify risks related to cost control and implement corrective measures.
- Identify risks related to revenue control and implement corrective measures.
- Identify risks related to cash flow control and implement corrective measures.
- Develop management procedures and tools.
- Oversee internal control processes.
- Analyze stock movements.
- Manage cross-functional teams across various sales points.
- Actively participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Collaborate closely with other accounting department members.
- Participate in specific projects as requested by the Deputy Chief Financial Officer or General Management.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety risks to management.
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Familiarity with Uniform System of Accounts for the Hospitality Industry reporting standards.
- Understanding of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Micros, Materials Control, and ideally Opera.
- Data analysis skills.
- Advanced computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, and ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
