1. Collaborate closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to embody the agility and commitment of the Maison.
2. Support planning and organization to ensure operational fluidity.
3. Participate in innovation and new projects, ensuring guest satisfaction and collecting valuable feedback.
4. Provide operational support during services, observing performance and revenue for strategic insights.

1. Training in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants
4. Strong understanding of gastronomy
5. Proficiency in computer tools
