- Assist the General Manager in daily administrative tasks and organizational duties.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and daily agendas for the General Manager.
- Receive and screen phone calls.
- Organize logistics for professional events, including meetings and travel arrangements.
- Handle administrative files for the executive office.
- Prepare and follow up on dossiers in advance.
- Maintain an efficient electronic and paper filing system for quick access to important documents.
- Sort and present essential emails to the General Manager.
- Compile reports and draft meeting minutes.
- Serve as the liaison between operational requests and the General Manager.
- Support the General Manager in executing projects led by the executive team.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to the hierarchy.
- Advanced degree in Hospitality/Tourism, Business School, or Administrative and Commercial Management.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Exemplary organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Cheval Blanc standards and norms.
- Strong interpersonal skills, courtesy, and tact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving and interpersonal relations.
- Highly responsible, autonomous, and reliable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of executive information.
- Proficiency in administrative writing and management.
- Excellent presentation and positive attitude.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or within the luxury hospitality sector is highly appreciated.
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
