- Assist the coordinator and the commercial team in managing administrative tasks such as contract dispatch and follow-up, database maintenance, and reporting systems management.
- Support sales activities by participating in client meetings and organizing site visits.
- Engage in prospecting and competitive analysis through telephonic outreach and regular competitor assessments.
- Contribute to achieving the commercial department's objectives.
- Uphold the brand image of Cheval Blanc.
- Ensure follow-up on commercial actions.
- Participate in various projects including client events and commercial action plans.
- Coordinate with international partners such as agencies and companies.
- Higher education degree in Hospitality/Tourism or Business School.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong client orientation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible, autonomous, and reliable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure client information.
- Capacity to focus on client needs while remaining calm and courteous.

Previous experience in a similar establishment or within the luxury hospitality sector is highly appreciated.
Higher education degree in Hospitality/Tourism or Business School.
