1. Prepare and welcome guests upon arrival, focusing on VIPs.
2. Control and follow up on guest complaints to ensure proper communication and resolution.
3. Create and implement a gifting and amenity strategy for guests.
4. Be present in public areas during peak times to interact with guests and gather feedback.
5. Organize a weekly arrivals meeting and create memos for VIP stays.
6. Ensure coordination between Front Office and Housekeeping for arrivals and departures.
7. Manage projects to improve guest experience and follow up on feedback.
8. Participate in the adaptation and operational deployment of CB Marks with Department Directors.
9. Ensure the evolution of the Knowcross tool and train teams in its use.

4. Proficiency in hospitality management software

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
