Cheval Blanc Duty Manager

- Oversee and ensure the seamless preparation and reception of guests, with a focus on VIPs, including room quality and guest preferences.
- Monitor and address guest complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up, communication, and resolution.
- Develop and implement a gifting and amenity strategy for guests.
- Engage with guests in public areas during peak times to gather feedback.
- Organize weekly arrival meetings and create memos for VIP stays.
- Coordinate special events for internal guests, such as birthdays and anniversaries.
- Ensure effective coordination between Front Office and Housekeeping for arrivals and departures.
- Manage projects aimed at enhancing guest experiences and monitor daily feedback, including e-reputation and guest surveys.
- Participate in the adaptation and operational deployment of CB Marks in collaboration with Department Directors.
- Oversee the evolution of the Knowcross tool, training and supporting teams in its effective use.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in guest relationship management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Fluency in English and French.
A minimum of 3 years in a luxury hospitality management role is required.
