- Oversee guest preparation and welcome, focusing on VIP preferences and room quality.
- Monitor and address guest complaints to ensure proper follow-up, communication, and resolution.
- Develop and implement a gifting and amenity strategy for guests.
- Engage with guests in public areas during peak times to gather feedback.
- Organize a weekly arrivals meeting and create memos for VIP stays.
- Coordinate special events for internal guests, such as birthdays and anniversaries.
- Ensure seamless coordination between Front Office and Housekeeping for arrivals and departures.
- Manage guest experience improvement projects and monitor daily feedback, including e-reputation and guest surveys.
- Adapt and deploy CB Marks operationally in collaboration with Department Directors.
- Oversee the evolution of the Knowcross tool, training and supporting teams in its usage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in guest relations and complaint resolution.
- Ability to strategize and implement guest service enhancements.
- Familiarity with hospitality management tools and software.
