- Oversee the Reservations team, ensuring optimal hotel occupancy and adherence to established pricing strategies.
- Manage reservation requests, providing tailored responses and upselling opportunities to meet client needs.
- Ensure the reliability and quality of reservations, contributing to customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, including Accommodation, Spa, and Dining, to ensure seamless service.
- Guarantee exceptional service quality during telephone interactions and throughout the sales process.
- Develop, implement, and update service standards for reservations.
- Monitor deposit collections and optimize room occupancy based on hotel capacity and seasonal demand.
- Analyze customer statistics and business trends to inform yield management strategies.
- Update pricing, availability, and restrictions in the PMS and across distribution channels, communicating changes to all teams.
- Contribute to the hotel's commercial strategy and conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing policies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proven track record in reservations and yield management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Expertise in yield management and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
