1. Prepare and maintain the dining area according to hotel procedures.
2. Assist in the service of food and beverages.
3. Prepare hot drinks, fruit juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts.
4. Clear and clean during service.
5. Maintain and clean service equipment.
6. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
7. Ensure optimal supply of the dining area.
8. Implement and ensure adherence to HACCP hygiene standards.
9. Develop a commercial attitude towards clients, including welcoming, seating, and service.
10. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Catering.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining.

Initial experience (internship or first experience) in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is required.

BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Catering.
