- Prepare preliminary tasks for menu items.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and creation of dishes.
- Ensure high culinary and aesthetic quality of dishes to promote the restaurant while optimizing costs.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of food according to hygiene rules and hotel procedures.
- Monitor the freshness and quality of products.
- Coordinate the work of team members (commis, apprentices, interns) to ensure quality and efficiency of service.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to management.
- BEP/CAP Cuisine or BAC PRO Cuisine
- Mastery of HACCP hygiene standards
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality and dining

A minimum of 2 years of significant experience as a Commis de Cuisine in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant is required.
