1. Serve as the primary contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service under the guidance of the Head Concierge.
2. Supervise and train assistant concierges and interns, collaborating closely with hotel departments such as reception, dining, and spa.
3. Create bespoke and unforgettable experiences for guests, transforming their dreams into reality.
4. Advise and coordinate all aspects of guests' stays, from exclusive activities to sought-after restaurant reservations.
5. Share in-depth knowledge of the island with guests, recommending top addresses, must-see activities, and unique experiences.
6. Build trust with guests by welcoming them warmly, listening attentively, and exceeding their expectations with professionalism and efficiency.
7. Ensure seamless and discreet management of all stay aspects, including billing and relations with prestigious partners.

1. 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
2. Technological Baccalaureate in Hospitality.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Opera software.
2. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
