- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Advise and organize guest stays upon request.
- Guide guests to Cheval Blanc Paris-approved locations.
- Promote and sell hotel services including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide sincere, targeted assistance and advice.
- Ensure the quality of services provided to guests.
- Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Handle emails and maintain regular correspondence with clients before and after their stay.
- Stay informed of the latest news and maintain a network with peers and local/external service providers.
- Contribute to creating unique and surprising experiences for guests under the supervision of the Assistant Head Concierge and Head Concierge.
- Record and monitor guest stay operations using the hotel's IT systems, following Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Process billing and payments.
- Manage and close cash funds.
- Complete administrative and accounting tasks related to the concierge service in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Follow up on supplier billing.
- Coordinate delivery of newspapers, messages, mail, and packages to rooms.
- Ensure hotel entrances and surroundings are accessible, clean, and safe, in line with Cheval Blanc Paris security and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain good relations with porters, drivers, and bellboys for guest errands and tasks.
- Answer phones courteously and according to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Manage phone calls and relay information to relevant parties.
- Ensure effective internal communication within the service and with other hotel departments.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Handle complaints, propose, and implement solutions for guests in line with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Plan, supervise, and oversee the work of Assistant Concierges, Interns, and Apprentices, ensuring compliance with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Higher education degree in Hospitality Management.
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high potential for representativeness.

- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).
Minimum of 3 years in reception, concierge, reservations, or guest services in the Parisian sector (hospitality/spa).
Higher education degree in Hospitality Management.
