- Prepare and maintain the restaurant area according to hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Assist in the service of food and beverages.
- Prepare hot drinks, juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts.

- Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.

- Assist in stocking room bars and setting up guest welcomes.

- Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning client or colleague safety to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
