- Prepare and maintain the dining area in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Assist in serving food and beverages to guests.
- Clear and clean tables during service hours.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Coordinate with kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding departments.
- Ensure optimal stock levels for efficient service.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
- Promote hotel services and products.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Restaurant Management.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational ability.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant setting is required.
