- Assist in culinary preparations and service under the guidance of the Demi-Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie.
- Participate in kitchen activities and events in collaboration with the Chef de Partie, Head Chef, and Director of Dining.
- Ensure impeccable presentation and preparation when interacting with guests.
- Set up assigned kitchen stations and perform preparatory tasks such as cleaning, slicing, and garnishing.
- Execute dishes according to instructions, ensuring proper cooking and seasoning as directed by superiors.
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
