- Provide a warm and refined welcome to guests at the restaurant, embodying the art of hospitality.
- Assist the F&B Manager in creating an exceptional guest experience from the first moment of contact.
- Offer personalized and attentive service, guiding guests to their tables and anticipating their needs.
- Respond to reservation requests by phone, email, or in person, optimizing space occupancy while accommodating specific guest needs.
- Maintain meticulous administrative follow-up of reservations, coordinating effectively with relevant teams and managing group requests.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison, promoting the restaurant and events, and ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure.
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restaurant management or equivalent
- Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- First experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in a third language is an advantage
- Familiarity with Seven Rooms software
- Exemplary interpersonal and customer service skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Strong team spirit
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality or fine dining sector.
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restaurant management or equivalent
