- Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Uphold HACCP hygiene standards while preparing and organizing the service area.
- Contribute expertise to the service of the assigned section, maintaining Cheval Blanc standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding to ensure seamless service.
- Promote the hotel's restaurants and dining events, enhancing the guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Significant experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
- Proficiency in English; a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is advantageous.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service acumen.
- Adaptability, precision, and organizational skills.
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar high-standard establishment, including internships or positions.
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
