- Welcome guests in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Handle billing and payment processes with managerial approval.
- Promote dining venues and events within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, maintain, and inspect assigned areas of the venue.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and maximize revenue.
- Take orders, transmit them, and serve food and beverages per hotel standards.
- Clear and reset tables.
- Present bills and process payments as per hotel procedures.
- Promote various services and products available at the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned personnel.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen (setup, renewal, supply).
- Assist in managing the wine cellar.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BACPRO in Hospitality.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
- Excellent interpersonal and representative skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, courtesy, and tact.
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-standard establishment is required.
