- Welcome guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Manage billing and payment processes in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Promote the restaurant and its events, as well as other Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, maintain, and oversee the assigned section of the restaurant.
- Advise guests to enhance their dining experience and optimize sales.
- Take and relay orders, ensuring timely service of food and beverages.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Promote hotel services and products.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel standards.
- Supervise assigned staff members.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen supply and wine cellar operations.
- Facilitate effective internal communication.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any safety concerns to management.
- BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BACPRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong representational abilities
- Excellent customer service orientation, courtesy, and tact

BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BACPRO in Hospitality
