- Welcome guests in accordance with hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Manage billing processes with the approval of the hierarchical superior.
- Promote dining venues and events within the hotel and other Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, arrange, and inspect the designated area of the venue.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
- Take orders, relay them, and serve dishes and beverages as per hotel and restaurant standards.
- Ensure the prepared dishes match the order while adhering to quality standards.
- Clear and reset tables.
- Present and process bills according to hotel procedures.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned personnel.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Assist in cellar management.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety to superiors.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred gastronomic dining.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
- Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills, with courtesy and tact.
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.

- Significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment.

- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).
A minimum of 3 years of significant service experience in a high-standard establishment is required.
