1. Welcome and attend to guests in accordance with hotel procedures.
2. Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
3. Manage billing and payment processes in collaboration with the supervisor.
4. Set up, organize, and oversee the designated area of the restaurant.
5. Participate in or manage order taking, transmission, and service of food and beverages as per hotel standards.
6. Clear and reset tables efficiently.
7. Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc Maisons.
