- Oversee the preparation of a specific menu component in adherence to the technical specifications set by the Head Chef.
- Organize and manage the team under their supervision while ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Inspect the quality of received goods according to HACCP protocols and ensure proper storage and preservation.
- Maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients, managing perishable goods according to hotel procedures.
- Prepare and verify menu components, ensuring adherence to the Chef's guidelines and hotel procedures.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality dishes that are aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in their designated area, complying with HACCP standards.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and respect for all equipment in their area, following HACCP standards.
- Participate in daily stock management, including FIFO rule, inventory, and ordering.
- Coordinate team efforts to ensure quality and seamless service.
- Welcome and train new Ambassadors.
- Supervise Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie, providing operational support.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Cuisine
- Mastery of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant is required.
