1. Prepare and execute a specific component of the menu as per the technical sheets provided by the Executive Chef.
2. Organize and manage the work of subordinate staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, reflecting personal qualities of excellence and precision.
4. Oversee and guide demi chefs de partie and commis, ensuring effective communication and skill transfer.
5. Ensure seamless execution of kitchen operations and uphold the culinary standards of the establishment.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
2. Proven expertise in culinary arts with a focus on high-quality food preparation and presentation.
