- Oversee all guest requests and ensure accurate communication of guest information across teams.
- Manage special requests from VIP clients and provide personalized service throughout their stay.
- Anticipate guest needs by studying preferences prior to arrival.
- Train, guide, and motivate the butler team to uphold the establishment's standards of excellence.
- Create a motivating and rewarding work environment that encourages team involvement.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (concierge, housekeeping, dining) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on guest feedback and propose improvements.
