1. Ensure the signature Cheval Blanc welcome in the villa and personalize the guests' stay.
2. Manage all guest requests and ensure proper communication of guest information to all teams.
3. Handle special requests from VIP clients and provide personalized service throughout their stay.
4. Anticipate guest expectations by studying their preferences before arrival.
5. Train, supervise, and motivate the butler team to maintain the establishment's standards of excellence.
6. Create a motivating and rewarding work environment that encourages team involvement.
7. Collaborate closely with other departments (concierge, housekeeping, dining) to ensure seamless service.
8. Prepare regular reports on guest feedback and propose improvements.
