Cheval Blanc Butler Intern

- Ensure the fulfillment of Cheval Blanc's client experience promise within the apartments, rendering each stay memorable.
- Assist in the signature Cheval Blanc welcome in-room and personalize guest stays.
- Support Butlers in client relations across floors and ensure seamless communication of guest information to all teams.
- Coordinate with Butlers to enhance guest stays and respond to guest requests in collaboration with the Housekeeping and Carte Blanche services.
- Participate in the implementation of special guest requests for their rooms prior to arrival.
- Propose personalized signature welcomes with Butlers based on guest VIP levels.
- Assist Butlers in preparing gifts, welcome notes, and F&B orders, as well as Spa and VIP amenities.
- Prepare VIP welcomes before guest arrival in-room.
- Aid in ensuring the Cheval Blanc ambiance is perfect before guest arrival, coordinating adjustments with Floor Housekeepers and the Butler Service Manager.
- Participate in the arrangement and refreshing of floral displays in apartments.
- Handle guest shoe care for polishing.
- Assist Butlers in advising and organizing guest stays under the supervision of the Butler Service Manager and in conjunction with all hotel services.
- Promote all hotel offerings (apartments, restaurants, bars, spa, excursions, etc.).
- Strive to meet all guest requests.
- Manage requests for amenities and small equipment, relaying them to the Housekeeping service.
- Apply Cheval Blanc service protocols and be knowledgeable of signature experiences available at Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Ensure the quality of service delivery related to guest requests.
- Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Adhere to current safety and hygiene regulations.
- Participate in complaint management; propose and implement solutions for guests in accordance with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures and under the supervision of the Butler Service Manager.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning client or colleague safety or accident risks to management.
