1. Ensure the fulfillment of the Cheval Blanc guest experience promise in the apartments.
2. Assist with the signature Cheval Blanc welcome in rooms and personalize guest stays.
3. Support Butlers in client relations on floors and ensure follow-up on all requests.
4. Coordinate with Butlers to enhance guest stays and respond to guest requests.
5. Participate in implementing special guest requests for their rooms.
6. Propose personalized signature welcomes with Butlers based on guest VIP level.
7. Assist in preparing gifts, welcome notes, and F&B orders.
8. Help with the VIP welcome setup before guest arrival.
9. Ensure the Cheval Blanc atmosphere in rooms before arrival.
10. Participate in floral arrangements in apartments.
11. Manage guest shoe polishing.
12. Advise and organize guest stays under supervision.
13. Promote hotel services including apartments, restaurants, bars, spa, and excursions.
14. Ensure guest requests are met.
15. Handle requests for welcome products and small equipment.
16. Apply Cheval Blanc service protocols and know signature experiences.
17. Ensure quality of services related to guest requests.
18. Maintain excellent relations with guests with confidentiality and discretion.
19. Ensure guest safety and comfort.
20. Follow safety and hygiene regulations.
21. Participate in complaint management and propose solutions.
22. Inform management of any abnormal situations regarding safety or accident risks.
