- Welcome guests to the venue in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Advise guests on cocktail and spirit selections to enhance sales and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promote the hotel's dining venues and events, as well as those across Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, maintain, and oversee the designated area of the venue.
- Manage inventory and stock levels for the venue.
- Prepare and serve cocktails and various beverages as requested by guests.
- Take orders, relay them, and serve food and beverages following hotel protocols.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Present bills and process payments according to hotel procedures.
- Promote the hotel's services and products.
- Perform cleaning tasks in line with hotel standards.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen supply and replenishment.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the bar menu.
- Ensure effective internal communication within the service team.
- Adhere to and enforce hygiene and safety regulations, including alcohol and tobacco consumption laws.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Hospitality or Culinary Arts degree.
- MC Barman certification.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
- Strong gastronomic knowledge.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Familiarity with Cheval Blanc standards and norms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational abilities.
