1. Set up, organize, and manage the designated area of the bar
2. Ensure supply and stock management of the bar
3. Welcome guests to the bar
4. Advise guests to ensure their satisfaction and optimize sales
5. Prepare cocktails and various drinks upon guest request
6. Take orders, ensure their transmission, and serve food and beverages according to hotel procedures
7. Clear and reset tables
8. Present bills and handle payments according to hotel procedures
9. Promote hotel services and products
10. Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures
11. Supervise assigned staff
12. Participate in inventory management
13. Manage linen (setup, renewal, supply)
14. Manage the wine cellar
15. Contribute to the creation and evolution of bar menus
16. Ensure internal communication within the service
17. Adhere to and enforce hygiene and safety regulations
18. Report any abnormal situations regarding safety or accident risks

1. Training in bar services such as BTS Hôtellerie/Restauration, BP Barman, CQP Barman, MC Barman
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Understanding of beverage service legislation
4. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
5. Good knowledge of gastronomy and bar culture
