1. Welcome guests according to hotel procedures
2. Advise on and sell cocktails and spirits
3. Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service
4. Promote the hotel's dining venues and events
5. Set up, manage, and control the assigned area of the venue
6. Manage stock and supply for the venue
7. Prepare cocktails and various drinks upon guest request
8. Take orders, transmit them, and serve food and drinks according to hotel procedures
9. Clear and reset tables
10. Present bills and process payments according to hotel procedures
11. Promote the hotel's services and products
12. Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures
13. Supervise assigned staff
14. Participate in inventory management
15. Manage linen supply and renewal
16. Contribute to the creation and evolution of bar menus
17. Ensure internal communication within the service
18. Adhere to and enforce hygiene and safety regulations, including alcohol and tobacco consumption laws
19. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management

1. Training in Hospitality/Catering
2. MC Barman certification
3. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
4. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
5. Good understanding of gastronomy
6. Proficiency in computer tools
