1. Welcome guests according to hotel procedures.
2. Advise guests on cocktail and spirit selections, ensuring optimal satisfaction.
3. Promote sales of beverages and hotel events.
4. Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages as requested.
5. Manage stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
6. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area.
7. Supervise and train junior staff.
8. Handle billing and payment procedures.
9. Participate in menu development and inventory management.
10. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

1. Formal training in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
2. MC Barman certification preferred.
3. Familiarity with HACCP hygiene standards.
4. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments.

1. Proficiency in bar techniques and product knowledge.
2. Strong sales and communication skills.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
4. Competency in Microsoft Office and Micros systems.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar establishment is required.

Formal training in Hospitality or Culinary Arts is required.
