- Welcome guests according to hotel procedures
- Advise on and sell cocktails and spirits
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service
- Promote the hotel's dining venues and events
- Set up, manage, and control the assigned area of the venue
- Manage stock and supply for the venue
- Prepare cocktails and various drinks upon guest request
- Take orders, transmit them, and serve food and drinks according to hotel procedures
- Clear and reset tables
- Present bills and process payments according to hotel procedures
- Promote the hotel's services and products
- Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures
- Supervise assigned staff
- Participate in inventory management
- Manage linen supply and renewal
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of bar menus
- Ensure internal communication within the service
- Adhere to and enforce hygiene and safety regulations, including alcohol and tobacco consumption laws
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management
- Training in Hospitality/Catering
- MC Barman certification
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
- Good understanding of gastronomy
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Knowledge of Cheval Blanc standards and norms
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
- Passion for the bar and catering industry

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar establishment is desired.
Training in Hospitality/Catering and MC Barman certification.
