3. Set up and supply the bar.

5. Perform maintenance on bar machines and equipment.
6. Assist in the production, service, and clearing of drinks and food.
7. Support the bartender in daily tasks.
8. Continue practical and theoretical learning.
9. Maintain good communication with all hotel services.
