Cheval Blanc Assistant Spa Manager

- Assist in managing the Cheval Blanc Spa, operated by Guerlain, ensuring a serene and relaxing experience for guests.
- Collaborate with the Spa Manager in daily operations of the spa service.
- Perform all treatments from the spa menu, including massages, facial and body treatments, waxing, and nail care.
- Supervise the team of Beauty Experts, ensuring high standards of service.
- Participate in recruiting and training a versatile team proficient in various aesthetic treatments and massage techniques.
- Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience.
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with service procedures and Guerlain standards.
- Work closely with all departments within the Maison and Guerlain.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Proficiency in the 'Opera' and 'Spa Booker' software systems.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.

The position includes accommodation with minimal rent contribution, meals during work hours, and a work uniform provided and maintained daily.
