1. Assist the Spa Manager in daily operations of the Cheval Blanc Spa operated by Guerlain.
2. Perform all treatments from the spa menu, including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, and nail care.
3. Supervise the team of Beauty Experts.
4. Participate in the recruitment and training of a versatile team skilled in various beauty treatments and massage techniques.
5. Welcome guests and ensure a high standard of service.
6. Manage inventory and stock levels.
7. Ensure compliance with all service procedures and standards of the Maison and Guerlain.
8. Collaborate closely with all departments of the Maison and Guerlain.
