Cheval Blanc Assistant Spa Manager

- Assist in managing the Cheval Blanc Spa operated by Guerlain, ensuring a serene and relaxing environment for guests.
- Collaborate with the Spa Manager in daily operations and service management.
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.
- Supervise the team of Beauty Experts, ensuring high standards of service.
- Participate in recruiting and training a versatile team proficient in various aesthetic treatments and massage techniques.
- Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with service procedures and Guerlain standards.
- Coordinate closely with all departments within the Maison and Guerlain.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in the use of 'Opera' and 'Spa Booker' software.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

The position includes accommodation with minimal rent contribution, meals during work hours, and a work uniform provided and maintained daily.
