1. Assist in managing the Cheval Blanc Spa operated by Guerlain, ensuring a serene and relaxing environment for guests.
2. Collaborate with the Spa Manager in daily operations and service management.
3. Perform a variety of beauty treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.
4. Supervise the team of Beauty Experts, ensuring high standards of service.
5. Participate in recruiting and training a versatile team proficient in various aesthetic treatments and massage techniques.
6. Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring a personalized experience.
7. Manage inventory and ensure compliance with service procedures and Guerlain standards.
8. Coordinate closely with all departments within the Maison and Guerlain.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proficient in the use of 'Opera' and 'Spa Booker' software.
3. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
