The hotel features a diverse culinary offering and a spa operated by Guerlain, providing a unique and personalized service experience.

1. Assist the Spa Manager in daily operations of the Cheval Blanc Spa.
2. Perform all treatments from the spa menu, including massages, facial and body treatments, waxing, and beauty services.
3. Supervise the team of Beauty Experts.
4. Participate in recruiting and training a versatile team skilled in various aesthetic treatments and massage techniques.
5. Welcome guests and ensure a high standard of service.
6. Manage inventory and stock levels.
7. Ensure compliance with service procedures, house standards, and Guerlain standards.
8. Collaborate closely with all departments of the hotel and Guerlain.

1. Managerial skills and knowledge of Guerlain protocols.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Opera and Spa Booker software.
4. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
