- Assist the Restaurant Manager in all operational aspects and assume responsibilities in their absence.
- Ensure optimal operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and lead the restaurant team, ensuring adherence to hotel procedures and standards.
- Drive revenue optimization while maintaining cost control within the restaurant.
- Foster excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints with care and according to hotel procedures.
- Promote hotel services and the Cheval Blanc Collection to enhance guest loyalty.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and pastry departments to ensure seamless service.
- Oversee inventory and stock management according to hotel procedures.
- Participate in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
- Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
- Familiarity with HACCP hygiene standards.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
- Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Micros, and Opera systems.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury establishment is required.
Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
