1. Oversee the operations of the Le 1947 restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
2. Manage and lead a team of approximately 5 staff members, ensuring high-quality service standards are maintained.
3. Optimize revenue while controlling costs within the restaurant.
4. Foster strong relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
5. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
6. Handle guest complaints with empathy and according to hotel procedures.
7. Promote hotel services and the Cheval Blanc Collection to enhance guest loyalty.
8. Ensure smooth service operations from guest arrival to departure.
9. Maintain up-to-date guest profiles and suggest improvements for service offerings.
