- Provide exceptional guest reception and information on hotel services.
- Support department heads in executing and monitoring assigned tasks.
- Participate in team supervision and training.
- Promote hotel services such as dining, spa, and leisure activities.
- Gather guest feedback to enhance service quality.
- Update guest preferences in Cardex for personalized service.
- Address guest complaints and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Develop and support the reception team, ensuring adherence to house and LQA standards.
- Oversee daily reception team organization.
- Propose new processes and services to improve service quality.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in guest service and hospitality management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Candidates must possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality or a similar field.
