- Assist the Front Office Manager in executing daily operations and oversee the reception team in their absence.
- Train, mentor, and motivate reception ambassadors to ensure high performance.
- Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Coordinate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage guest complaints and feedback with empathy and in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Higher education degree in Hospitality Management.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality sector.
