- Participate actively in budget construction and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate budget forecasting and reforecasting, including timeline and materials preparation.
- Assist departments in budget preparation and consolidation.
- Supervise monthly and annual financial statement preparation and review.
- Prepare monthly reporting for department directors and LVMH HM, analyzing variances.
- Coordinate tax obligations and manage audits with fiscal authorities.
- Develop and implement internal procedures for reliable financial information.
- Coordinate internal control and audit missions.
- Identify and analyze management discrepancies, proposing performance improvements.
- Assist operational departments in process and action plan development and monitoring.
- Oversee CAPEX budget and expenditure validation.
- Supervise and support the finance team in their activities.
- Manage daily financial team operations and act as a substitute for the Director of Finance when necessary.
- Deploy compliance procedures related to anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and internal controls.
- Manage supplier contracts and legal disputes.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or administration.
- Proven track record in budget management and financial reporting.
- Experience in compliance and regulatory procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Leadership and team management skills.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or administration.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
The position offers housing with minimal rent contribution, meals during work hours, a 41-hour work week with consecutive days off, and a provided and maintained work uniform. Employees receive preferential rates at hotel outlets after three months, full health insurance coverage, and an annual profit-sharing bonus.
