Cheval Blanc Assistant Director of Finance and Administration

- Actively participate in budget construction and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate budget forecasting and reforecasting processes, including scheduling and material preparation.
- Assist departments with budget preparation and consolidation, identifying inconsistencies and ensuring follow-up.
- Prepare monthly reporting for department directors and LVMH Hotel Management, analyzing variances.
- Oversee fiscal obligations and manage audits with tax authorities.
- Review financial statements and management commentary monthly and annually.
- Develop and implement internal procedures for reliable financial information.
- Coordinate internal control and audit missions.
- Identify and analyze management discrepancies, proposing performance optimization strategies.
- Support operational directions in process and action plan development and implementation.
- Monitor and validate CAPEX budgets and expenditures.
- Supervise and support the finance team in managing activities.
- Manage daily financial team operations and replace the Finance Director when necessary.
- Deploy compliance procedures related to anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and internal controls.
- Manage supplier contracts and legal disputes.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or administration.
- Proven track record in budget management and financial reporting.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or administration, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
The position includes accommodation with minimal rent contribution, meals during work hours, 41-hour work week with two consecutive days off, provided and maintained work attire, preferential rates at hotel outlets after three months, full coverage of health insurance and provident fund, and an annual profit-sharing bonus.
