1. Assist in the setup and maintenance of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and optimal supply levels throughout service.
2. Facilitate communication between the restaurant and its suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, and stewarding.
3. Support the head of service with tasks such as P&L analysis, project development, menu updates, scheduling, and administrative duties.
4. Participate in the service of food and beverages, including the preparation of hot drinks, juices, and various refreshments.
5. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of service equipment.
6. Develop and maintain a commercial attitude towards guests, including greeting, seating, and service.
7. Promote the hotel's services and products to guests.
8. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Training in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
4. Strong understanding of gastronomy.

Training in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
