Cheval Blanc Apprentice Waitstaff

- Assist in the setup and maintenance of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and optimal supply levels throughout service.
- Facilitate communication between the restaurant and its suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, and stewarding.
- Support the head of service with tasks such as P&L analysis, project development, menu updates, scheduling, and administrative duties.
- Participate in the service of food and beverages, including the preparation of hot drinks, juices, and various refreshments.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of service equipment.
- Develop and maintain a commercial attitude towards guests, including greeting, seating, and service.
- Promote the hotel's services and products to guests.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- Training in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
- Strong understanding of gastronomy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with courtesy and tact.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork spirit.
- Desire to advance in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Training in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
