- Assist in the setup and maintenance of the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and optimal supply levels throughout service.
- Facilitate communication between the dining area and suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, and stewarding departments.
- Aid in the preparation and service of food and beverages, including hot drinks, juices, and assorted pastries.
- Participate in clearing and cleaning during and after service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Ensure effective communication with kitchen and supply departments to optimize service conditions.
- Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
- Cultivate a commercial attitude towards guests, including welcoming, seating, and service.
- Assist in stocking minibars in guest rooms and setting up guest welcomes.
- Promote hotel services and products to guests.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Training in Hospitality or Restaurant Management
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining environments
- Strong understanding of gastronomy
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability

- Sales and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is advantageous
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
No prior experience required, ideal for beginners.
